Cornwallis are one of the largest providers of care services throughout the county, providing elderly care to hundreds of residents within Corrnwall.

The company approached to us two years ago after experiencing issues with the reliability of their systems, and delays in getting timely responses to their support requests from their previous provider. Their existing systems, as recommended by their old provider, were unsuitable for their needs and were impacting upon their work.

VPN: Linking our sites around Cornwall became important as the group continued to expand. Their expertise in detailed configuration of Cisco routers has built a bomb-proof internal network.

3CX:  Once our solid network was established, Dan suggested that we could move to the 3CX phone system that enabled free internal calls and market leading value in telephony. Cost reduction was a great side effect of putting in a reliable, centrally administered phone system.

Network Standardization: Taking on new sites brings new problems. Piran were able to take on board challenging IT configurations from other providers, bring them under control and advise on the process of integrating them into the parent infrastructure.
