Consequently the internal virtualisation platform, hardware and software were updated. This provided them with a robust system improving performance, flexibility and reliability as well providing peace of mind for the future.
Following a review of the services needed and simplifying billing monthly IT costs were reduced across the board both for support services and licensing.
We also audited their network security using a sophisticated testing system that checks for vulnerabilities in firewalls and software, isolating any potential risks. As part of routine maintenance regular security audits are now undertaken to continually improve and monitor risks to systems.
Cloud File Sharing & Storage
Further work included upgrading and securing all internal systems including cloud file-sharing and email, and a zero-downtime migration to Microsoft 365. As a growing business this is an investment that the company will benefit from and will underpin future growth.
