Plimsoll is a large-scale TV Production company based in the UK, producing television for clients like Netflix, Apple, Disney, National Geographic, CNN, Fox, BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5.
As one of the UK’s fastest growing companies (Plimsoll ranked third in the Sunday Times SME Fast Track 100), they needed a phone system that was reliable, cost-effective and would scale with them as they expanded.

A flexible, scalable phone system

When we initially set up the phone system, Plimsoll started with 250 extensions, and have now seamlessly expanded to almost 500 extensions.
As Plimsoll are a busy and fast-growing company, it was important that downtime and any configuration on their end was kept to a minimum. Taking the time to discuss Plimsoll’s needs before we began the project, as well as extensive and detailed project planning by our team, meant that the entire system could be configured before it reached the customer. We worked with their in-house IT team to deliver a solution that automatically configured itself when they installed it.
